  • Scale for unmarried attendants, £20 less than above. Charge for maintenance: married attendant (living out), £20 per annum; attendant (living in), £35 per annum. † Charge for maintenance, £65 per annum. ‡ Charge for maintenance, £35 per annum. § Charge for maintenance, £25 per annum.

With deduction of £60 p.a. for residence, fire, and light; or deduction of £27 10s. p.a. for meals when on duty.

If acting as Deputy Head Attendant, £10 more than ordinary salary.

If acting as Charge or Deputy Charge Attendant, £10 more than ordinary salary.

£5. If acting as Deputy Charge, £10 more than ordinary salary.

In large institutions to receive scale salary as Charge Nurses, and Assistants to receive allowances similar to those granted to Nurses acting as Deputy Charge Nurses.

Award rates. Maximum for leading hands at Auckland, Porirua, Christchurch, and Seacliff to be to be £260 per annum where award rate is below this amount.

£8. Maximum for leading hands at Auckland, Porirua, Christchurch, and Seacliff to be £260 per annum.

Not less than award or ruling rates.
