Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block IX,
Maramarua Survey District, Raglan County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles
Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Maramarua Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a
road: 1 acre 0 roods 28·7 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 18c, Onewhero Parish; coloured
red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 acres 0 roods
6·3 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotments 18B No. 1 and 18c,
Onewhero Parish; coloured green.
All situated in Block IX, Maramarua Survey District
(Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24420.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69601,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of
April, 1928.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the
land in Uawa Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a
road: 2 acres 0 roods 13 perches.
Being portion of Lot 7, D.P. 1452, being part Mangaheia 2D
Block; coloured pink.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 acres
2 roods 1·01 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lot 7, D.P. 1452, and Lot 5,
D.P. 1451, being part Mangaheia 2D Block: coloured green.
All situated in Block VII, Uawa Survey District (Gisborne
R.D.). (S.O. 1264, brown.)
All in the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70080,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of
April, 1928.
