In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and its amendments; and in the matter of Bray’s VinerieS, Ltd., a company duly incorporated, having its registered office at the corner of Garfield and Bradford Streets, Parnell, Auckland.
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 31st day of March, 1928, presented to the Honourable Archibald William Blair, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by Maling and Company, Limited, a duly incorporated private joint-stock company, having its registered office at the corner of Oxford Terrace and Gloucester Street, in the City of Christchurch, a creditor of the said company; and the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court at the Supreme Court at Auckland, on Friday, the 27th day of April, 1928, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company who desires to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

IN LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the Commercial Dairy Company, Limited.
COPY of extraordinary resolution passed at a meeting of shareholders :—
It was resolved that the company go into voluntary liquidation as from 2nd proximo, as it is proved to its satisfaction that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is therefore advisable to wind up same.
Mr. H. A. Lennon, of Hawera, was appointed Liquidator.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and of Shotover Gold-dredging Company (No Liability).
BY an order made by His Honour Sir William Alexander Sim in the above matter dated the 4th day of April, 1928, on the petition of Henry John Haynes Lewis, of Long Gully, near Queenstown, storekeeper, it was ordered that the said Shotover Gold-dredging Company (No Liability) be wound up by the Court under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned Charles John Dunbar Skinner and William Albert George Agar, at Wellington, under the style of “The Transport Accessories Company, N.Z.,” has been dissolved this day. The debts owing from or to the firm will be discharged or received by the said Charles John Dunbar Skinner.
