Sections 55 and 59, Parahaki Parish, containing 339 acres, and Section 5, Block 6, Whangarei Parish, containing 260 acres (in name of L. W. Edmonds).
An area extending for five miles along the Waipu-Maungaturoto Road from the boundary of the Whangarei County towards Waipu and being bounded on either side of the road by lines 100 yards from and parallel to both sides of the said road.
All that area of land situated in the County of Whangarei bounded as follows : Commencing at the southern boundary corner of Section 1095, Parahaki, in Block IX, Whangarei Survey District; thence north along the western boundary of the said section, and continuing north skirting the western boundary of Sections 83, 17, 18, to the north-west corner of Section 19; thence generally east skirting the northern boundary-line of Sections 19, 20, 32, 25, 29, and 37 to its north-eastern corner; thence northward along the western boundary of Sections 39, 52, 53, and 54 to its north-eastern corner; thence generally north along road to south-eastern corner of Section 5, Block II, at Trig. Station XIII; thence east along the northern boundary of Section 5 to its meeting with Waitangi Main Stream at the north-east corner of Section 1, following the said stream to the south-west corner of Section No. 18 No. 2; thence north along western boundary of Section No. 18 No. 2 to its junction with road; thence generally east along road to Trig. Station V in Block VII;
thence continuing east along the northern boundary of the Kowhatu-Wha-Wha Block to its junction with road on the eastern boundary of No. 1B 4B; thence south along the boundary-line of No. 1B 4B to its south corner; thence north along the east boundary of Section 1B 4B to the northern boundary of Section No. 1A 1; thence south-east along the boundary of the last-mentioned section to the coast; thence south along the coast to the south-east corner of Hora Hora 2B, in Block VIII; thence west along the southern boundary of Hora Hora No. 2 and Sections 2, 1, 15, 14, 6, 5, to parish boundary at south-east corner of Section 101 and junction with road; thence south along road to the southern corner of Section 99; thence due west along the Parahaki Parish boundary to north-east corner of Section 207 and junction with road; thence due south and west along the said road to its junction with the Wariara Parish boundary; thence north-west along the parish boundary to junction of road at south-west corner of Section 66; thence generally west along the southern boundary-line of Sections 13, 12, SII, N.E. 87, and S.W. 87, to the south-western boundary corner of Section 89, Block IX; thence south along the eastern boundary-line of Section 1095, Parahaki, to its point of commencement.
