under the English Companies Acts, having its registered
office at Elswick Works, Newcastle-on-Tyne, England.
NOTICE is hereby given that SIR W. G. ARMSTRONG
WHITWORTH AND COMPANY, LIMITED, intends to
cease voluntarily to carry on business in Wellington, in the
Dominion of New Zealand, after the expiration of three
months after the first publication of this notice in the New
Zealand Gazette. The company will continue to carry on
business at Arapuni, in the Provincial District of Auckland,
in the Dominion of New Zealand, as previously notified.

11th day of January, 1928, the following resolution
was passed:--
"That the company be wound up voluntarily forthwith,
and that MESSRS. FREDERIC EDWARD TWYFORD and JOSEPH
BERTRAM NEALE, both of Christchurch, Public Accountants,
be, and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators."
All claims against the above company must be made to
Box 64, Christchurch, on or before the 2nd day of February,
1928, otherwise they may be excluded from any distribution
of the assets.

1927, and confirmed on the 1st day of December, 1927, it
was resolved:--
"That it is desirable to reconstruct the company, and
accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and
that HARRY LIONEL HARKER, of Wairoa, Public Accountant,
be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of
such winding-up.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the KERIKERI SYNDICATE, LIMITED.
The members of the above-named company did, on the
12th day of January, 1928, resolve as a special resolu-
tion, pursuant to section 168, subsection (6), of the Companies
Act, 1908, by an entry in the minute-book of the company,
signed by at least three-fourths of the said members, holding
in the aggregate at least three-fourths of the shares in the
capital of the company, inter alia, as follows:--
"That the company be wound up voluntarily."
And the company did forthwith, on the said entry bring so
signed, forward to every member who had not signed the said
entry, a copy of the said entry, including the signatures to
to such entry, and at the same time as the said entry was
made Mr. Josiah Lush, of Auckland, was appointed
Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
