Stoves, ranges, &c., articles and materials used in the manufacture of, viz.—continued.
Gas-cookers, articles for the manufacture of, viz.—
Brass long griller-jets, jet-cocks (combination of low-pressure metal cocks and adjustable jets), cooker griller-cocks, griller-cocks, with crutch-keys, oven-regulators, thermostats, and union regulating nipples, on declaration by a manufacturer that they will be used only in the completion of articles made by him in New Zealand
The following materials, on declaration by a manufacturer that they will be used only in the manufacture of electric, gas, and other cookers, viz.—
Enamelled-iron crowns specially suited for placing on top of and completing the cookers
Enamelled-iron plates with edges turned over, and enamelled panels for oven-doors
Enamelled-iron plates, bored, or with edges turned over, specially suited for lining the backs or sides of ovens
Enamelled oval name-plates
Range knobs and ventilators
Tablets marked “Hot,” “Cold,” used in the manufacture of water-taps
Tamarinds
Tennis-racquet presses, metal fittings for the manufacture of, viz.,—
Screwed bolts, hinged
Sleeve-bolts
Textile piece-goods, viz.,—
Beige cloth of wool and cotton (for use in lining underwear), the invoice price of which does not exceed 1s. 4d. per square yard
Bootmakers’ textiles (see a. and m.s., Boots).
Cotton net, plain, stiffened, on declaration by a manufacturer that it will be used by him solely in the manufacture of Christmas stockings
Union textiles n.e.i. in the piece, 50 in. to 56 in. wide, the invoice price of which does not exceed 2s. per yard, when cut up and made up into shirts, pyjamas, or under-clothing, in accordance with conditions applicable to union textiles under Tariff item 187
Woollen piece-goods, tubular woven, peculiar to use in covering printing-machine rollers
Timber, viz.,—
Cedarwood dressed and cut to sizes for the manufacture of cigar-boxes
Tinfoil cups and cornets, on declaration by a manufacturer that they will be used by him only in the manufacture of confectionery
Tin sheets, embossed, other than in lettering or printing
Tinsmiths’ materials, viz.,—
Ashpan-fronts, without venetians
Ashpan-knobs of metal for completing the manufacture of ashpans made in New Zealand
Bodies and other parts, including necks and shoulders, for the manufacture of buckets, kettles, tea and coffee pots, billies, ladles, saucepans, and similar hollow-ware, not wired or curled, and whether plain, or pierced, or punched; also all tinmen’s fittings, plain, pierced, or punched, but not wired or curled
Bucket-handles, and bails, specially suited for use as tinsmiths’ fittings
Copper balls, in halves, for making ball valves for cisterns
