Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block XIV,
Akatarawa Survey District, Hutt County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road
the land in Akatarawa Survey District described in the
First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed
the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

coloured as above mentioned.

General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by sec-
tion twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles
Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the
Borough of New Plymouth described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a
street : 2 roods 4·C4 perches.
Being portion of Section 93, Fitzroy District.
Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District (Borough
of New Plymouth).
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70901,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of
February, 1928.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block XII,
Rangaunu Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me
in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the twenty-seventh day of February, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-eight.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 7 perches.
Being portion of Whiwhero B No. 3B Section 2, situated in
Block XII, Rangaunu Survey District (Auckland R.D.).

deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon

the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of February,

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim as stopped the portion of Government road
described in the Schedule hereto, such portion of road being
no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped:
2 roods 25 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Section 111, Hutt R.D.
Situated in Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District. (S.O.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70435,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured green.
