Classification of Roads in the Waitotara County.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Motor-lorry Regulations, 1927, I, Robert Alexander Wright, for and on behalf of Kenneth Stuart Williams, Minister of Public Works, do hereby approve of the Waitotara County Council's proposed classification of roads as set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ROADS classified in the fifth class (available for the use thereon of any motor-lorry which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than two and a half tons).
Wanganui River-bank Road.
Symes Road.

Classification of Roads in the Grey County.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Motor-lorry Regulations, 1927, I, Robert Alexander Wright, for and on behalf of Kenneth Stuart Williams, Minister of Public Works, do hereby approve of the Grey County Council’s proposal that the Greymouth-Barrytown-Westport Road from Runanga to Granite Creek be reclassified as a fourth-class road, thus available for the use thereon of any motor-lorry which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than four tons.

Sale of Power-house Property, Devonport, by the Waitemata Electric-power Board.
IN terms of section 92 of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, I, Robert Alexander Wright, for and on behalf of Kenneth Stuart Williams, Minister of Public Works, do hereby consent to the sale by the Waitemata Electric-power Board by public auction of the power-house property in Church Street, Devonport, being 2 roods 26·8 perches in area, described as Lots 1 and 2 on deposited plan 10212 of Block 17A of Section 2, Church Street, Borough of Devonport, and right-of-way.

Notice of Intention to take Land in Block IV, Tangihua, and Blocks V, VI, and XI, Ruakaka Survey Districts, for the Purposes of a Road.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a road—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken : And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Oakleigh, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington.
