IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section four of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the roads described in the Schedule hereto to be closed, such roads being formerly river-bank roads situated within the district defined in the Schedule to the Rangitaiki Land Drainage Act, 1910.
