A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the
road in Mawheranui Survey District, described in the Schedule
hereto.

Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2246, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of
December, 1927.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged
Soldiers under Special Tenures, in the Southland Land
District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke
the Proclamation made on the twenty-fifth day of May,
one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and published in
the Gazette of the thirty-first day of May then instant, setting
apart the Crown land for selection by discharged soldiers,
under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTIONS 4 and 4A, Block V, Mabel Hundred : Area, 84 acres
2 roods.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of
December, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Go-
vernor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road.

minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the
land in the City of Wellington described in the Schedule
hereto.

Being portion of Victoria College site, formerly part of Town
Belt, situated in City of Wellington (Town of Wellington
