Declaring Portion of Road in Block II, Ohura Survey District,
to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 28th day
of November, 1927.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN
COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that
the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall,
on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a
Government road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road declared to be a
Government road:—
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
1 0 0 Ohura South K2 No. 2 C1; coloured yellow
with green stripes. P.W.D. 59057 (sheet 5).
26 2 0 Ohura South K2 No. 2 B2; coloured yellow.
P.W.D. 59057 (sheet 5) and 61212.
Situated in Block II, Ohura Survey District (Taranaki R.D.).
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as
above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land
District.

Directing Application of Moneys received in respect of Portion
of the Ormond Domain, Gisborne Land District, for the
Purposes of the Gray’s Bush Domain.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 28th day
of November, 1927.

COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred by section three of the Public Reserves and
Domains Amendment Act, 1925, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the moneys received
in respect of that portion of the Ormond Domain described
in the First Schedule hereto and at the date hereof lying to
the credit of the said portion a sum not exceeding fifty pounds
shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving
the Gray’s Bush Domain described in the Second Schedule
hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.—PART OF ORMOND DOMAIN.
ALL that area in Block I, Waimata Survey District, containing
by admeasurement 107 acres 1 rood 5 perches, more or less,
being the section marked “Bush Reserve,” and being the
land referred to in the Order in Council dated 1st August,
1910, and published in Gazette No. 75, of the 4th of that month,
page 3115.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.—GRAY’S BUSH DOMAIN.
SECTION 2, Block XIV, Waimata Survey District, containing
an area of 30 acres, more or less, and being all the land com-
prised in certificate of title, Vol. 77, folio 17, Gisborne
Registry.

section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act,
1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
The member of the Ohinemuri County Council repre-
senting the Waikino Riding (ex officio),
Harry Leslie Franklin,
Norman Leslie Lithgow,
John Pivac,
William James Phillips,
Robert Henry Shaw, and
Leslie Steele,
to be the Waikino Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint
Monday, the twelfth day of December, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-seven, at half-past seven o’clock p.m.,
as the time when, and the Victoria Hall, Waikino, as the
place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SECTION 51, Waikino Township, Block XIV, Ohinemuri Sur-
