NOTICE is hereby given that the license of the under-mentioned land having been declared forfeited by resolution of the Nelson Land Board, the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section will be offered for lease under the regulations for the occupation of pastoral lands situated within the Glenroy Block, and applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, Nelson, up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Thursday, the 5th day of January, 1928.

SECTION 6, Block V, Matakita ki Survey District: Area, 213 acres. Annual rental, £3 16s.

Weighted with £10, valuation for improvements, payable in cash.

Locality and Description.

The section is situated in the Glenroy Valley, one mile from school, one and a half miles from Telephone Office, and eighteen miles from dairy factory. Access is from Murchison, eighteen miles distant by good metalled road, thence across the Glenroy River. About 30 acres have been felled and grassed, and there is approximately 20 chains of fencing on the property.

Reserves in Hawke’s Bay Land District for Lease by Public Auction.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned reserves will be offered for lease by public auction at the Courthouse, Waipawa, on Thursday, the 15th December, 1927, at 11 o’clock a.m., under the provisions of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, and amendments.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT.

Patangata County—Pourerere Survey District.
(Pourerere Beach Cottage-sites.)

Term: Twenty-one years, with right of renewal for a further period of twenty-one years, the rental being subject to revaluation at the end of the first term.

The sections are situated twenty-five miles from Waipawa, twenty-four miles by good metalled road to Nairn’s Pourerere Station, and the remaining mile, which can be traversed only when the tide is suitably low, is by way of the sandy beach along the coast. There is a fine sandy beach where the sections are located and good safe bathing can be obtained.
