A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the
road in Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, described in the
Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed :—
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 3 6 Part Allotment 53 ; coloured green.
1 0 6 Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 19804, Matata Parish ;
coloured green.

Situated in Block III, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70383,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of
November, 1927.

Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :

Being portion of part Sub. 2A, part Section 2; coloured pink.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 2 acres
0 roods 13·5 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sub. 1, part Section 2, and
Section 13; also part Sub. 2A, part Section 2; coloured
green.

All situated in Block III, Waitara Survey District.
All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69712,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works,
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of
