KINDLY take notice that, at the expiration of three months from this date, the name of the above-mentioned company will, unless cause is shown to the contrary, be struck off the Register, and the company will be dissolved.

NOTICE is hereby given that Sir W. G. Armstrong Whitworth and Company (Limited) proposes to carry on business at Arapuni, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Dominion of New Zealand, and that an office or place of business of the said company will be situated at Arapuni aforesaid.

In the matter of the Company's Act, 1908, and in the matter of WOODFORD HOUSE (LIMITED), a private company.

An extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened and held at the office of Reginald Gardiner, Hastings, on the 18th day of January, 1927, the following resolutions were duly passed:- That the company be wound up voluntarily.
That Mr. REGINALD GARDINER be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

TAKE notice that MESSRS. OWEN AND HOLMES, carrying on business at Papatoetoe and elsewhere as Electricians, have dissolved partnership by mutual consent as from the 24th day of December, 1926. All moneys owing to the partnership will be collected and all debts due by the partnership will be paid by GILBERT HENRY OWEN. The business will henceforth be carried on under the style of "G. H. Owen."

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between CHARLES SAMUEL GILLIES and GILBERT LESLIE WOOD, carrying on business as Cabinet-makers at Hamilton under the style or firm of "The Claudelands Cabinetmaking and Joinery Works," has been dissolved

by mutual consent as from the date hereof. The business will be continued by Mr. GILLIES under the old name.

HAYWARD, Liquidator of the above company, and if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are by their solicitors to come in and prove their said debts and claims, at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

KAWHIA COUNTY COUNCIL.

RESOLUTION STRIKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the Kawhia County Council hereby resolves as follows :- That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £200, authorized to be raised by the Kawhia County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the acquisition of a worker's dwelling, the said Kawhia County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-hundredth of one penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Kawhia County Council, comprising the whole of the County of Kawhia, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 17th day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

KAWHIA COUNTY COUNCIL.

RESOLUTION STRIKING A SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the Kawhia County Council hereby resolves as follows :- That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges of a loan of £400, authorized to be raised by the Kawhia County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of completing the metalling of the Kawhia-Oparau Road, the said Kawhia County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-eighth of one penny in the pound sterling upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the special-rating area upon which the principal loan of £4,000 was secured, comprising the whole of the said special-rating area, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 17th day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
