A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the North Auckland Main Trunk Railway, Kirikopuni Section (119 m. 45 ch.).
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 24 perches.
Being portion of road, situated in Block VII, Maungaru Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24279.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69531, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of November, 1927.

Allocating to the Purposes of a Road Land in Block III, Matakohe Survey District, taken for a Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto, and which was taken for a further portion of the North Auckland Main Trunk Railway, and which is no longer required for such purposes, shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Otamatea County Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

Being portion of railway land, situated in Block III, Matakohe Survey District, Parish of Mareretu (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23951.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 66656, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured yellow.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road in Maungaru Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto—and which was taken for the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication) and is not now required for such purpose—shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a street, and that such street shall be maintained by the Lower Hutt Borough Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

Being Lot 58 and Part Lots 57, 133, 134, and 135, D.P. 1305 of Section 17, Hutt R.D.
