In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1908, and in the matter of W. SMITH, of Wairoa, Jeweller, ex parte CARR AND HALLEY, LIMITED, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 1908, and carrying on business at 31 Hunter Street, Wellington.

TAKE notice that, on the application of Carr and Halley, Limited, of Wellington, Jewellers, and upon reading the affidavits filed herein, and upon hearing Mr. Wiren, of Counsel for the above-named Carr and Halley, Limited, and Mr. Treadwell, of Counsel for the Official Assignee of the estate of the above-named W. Smith, it is ordered that the adjudication of the said W. Smith (dated 2/7/27) be and the same is hereby annulled.
