At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of September, 1927.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for street purposes.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Lands other than Alienations in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this 19th day of September, 1927.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, and by section one hundred and eleven of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 (as amended by section eight of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1916), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of eighteen months the Order in Council dated the twenty-third day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and gazetted the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, prohibiting all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto, other than alienation on favour of the Crown.

Crown Land set apart for the Purpose of promoting the Systematic Recovery of Kauri-gum and other Valuable Products contained therein.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of September, 1927.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section three of the Kauri-gum Industry Amendment Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto, and situated within the Mangonui County Kauri-gum District, for the purpose of promoting the systematic recovery of kauri-gum and other valuable products contained therein.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing by admeasurement 3,847 acres 0 roods 15 perches, more or less, being Sections 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, Block VII, Ahipara Survey District ; as the same is delineated on North Auckland Plans 21699, 21701.

Revoking a Portion of an Order in Council declaring Public Highways in the No. 2 Highway District to be Main Highways.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of September, 1927.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by section three of the Main Highways Act, 1922, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth, from the date of gazetting of this Order in Council, hereby revoke the Order in Council dated the ninth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 40, of the twelfth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, in so far as it affects the Auckland–Helensville Highway as therein described.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of September, 1927.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by section three of the Main Highways Act, 1922, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth, from the date of gazetting of this Order in Council, hereby revoke the Order in Council dated the ninth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and published in N.Z. Gazette No. 40 of the twelfth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, declaring public highways in the No. 4 Highway District to be main highways in so far as affects that portion relating to the Rotokautuku Bridge–Tikitiki Road via right bank, Waiapu River.
