Vesting the Control of a Camping-ground Site in the Rotorua Borough Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of August, 1927.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been permanently reserved for a camping-ground: And whereas it is expedient that the control of the said reserve should be vested in the Rotorua Borough Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section two of the Public Reserves and Domains Amendment Act, 1914, doth hereby vest the control of the said reserve in the Rotorua Borough Council.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTIONS 4 and 5, Block LVII, Town of Rotorua: Area, 1 acre 2 roods 21 perches.

Recreation Reserve in Wellington Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Kimbolton Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Kimbolton Domain Board.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District containing by admeasurement 1 rood 31·6 perches, more or less, being part Section 265, Township of Sandon, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 221, folio 292, Wellington Registry.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the Otago Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserves shall hereafter be known as the Taieri Mouth Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

ALLOTMENTS 2 and 3, D.P. 3157, being parts Sections 4 and 5, Block XXIV, Waihola Survey District: Area, 9 acres 2 roods 27 perches, more or less.
Also Section 9, Block XXIV, Waihola Survey District: Area, 11 acres 2 roods.
Also Block X, Town of Hull: Area, 10 acres 2 roods.

Land temporarily reserved in the Otago Land District for an Addition to a Site for a Public School (Glenore.)

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-fifty-ninth section of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Otago Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for an addition to a site for a public school.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District containing by admeasurement 36 perches, more or less, being part of Lot 5 of the subdivision of Section 1, Block XLVIII, Tokomairiro Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-east by a public road, 87·75 links; towards the south-east and south-west by other part of Lot 5, 222·3 links and 117·95 links respectively; and towards the north-west by Lot 4, 225·1 links: Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/265, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 3rd day of August, 1927.

Revoking Appointment of Postmaster to take and receive Statutory Declarations under the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.

WHEREAS by an instrument dated the seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, Thelma Frances Beuck, being a person holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at Okahukura, was, with other officers, duly authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908:
And whereas it is expedient to revoke the said appointment:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority in this behalf enabling me, do hereby notify and declare that the appointment of the said Thelma Frances Beuck to take and receive statutory declarations as aforesaid is hereby revoked.
As witness my hand, this 4th day of August, 1927.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the two-hundred-and-eighty-eight section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons set out in the Schedule hereto, being persons holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at the places set opposite their names in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.
