NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting between ALBERT EDWARD DAWSON, of
77 Hastings Street, Napier, Carnival Organizer, and HAROLD
PERCIVAL BISHOP, of 77 Hastings Street, Napier, Carnival
Organizer, carrying on business at Wellington and other
towns in the Dominion of New Zealand under the style or
name of “Dawson and Bishop,” has been dissolved by
mutual consent as from the 4th day of May, 1927.

NOTICE OF LIQUIDATION OF COMPANY.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of
the Waiotahi Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited,
held on the 29th June, 1927, resolutions were unanimously
passed that the company go into voluntary liquidation, and
that Mr. T. H. PEARSON be appointed Liquidator.

A further extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
was held on the 25th July, 1927, to confirm same, and the
said resolutions were duly confirmed.

a Judge of the said Court on Monday, the 15th day of August,

desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up
