A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Ferguson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the street in the City of Dunedin, described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed : 3·1 perches,

Adjoining or passing through Allotments 15, 16, and 17, Township of Shiel Hill, Section 7, Block I, Anderson’s Bay District, City of Dunedin (Otago R.D.).

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69497, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this Ist day of August, 1927.
