Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Woodbury Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of July, 1927.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Herbert Cooling,
John Fifield,
William Tait,
Joseph Wooding, and
Thomas Percival Wooding
to be the Woodbury Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolhouse, Woodbury, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
WOODBURY DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 126 acres 0 roods 28 perches, more or less, being Reserve 1544, situate in Block VII, Orari Survey District, and Block I, Geraldine Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east and south-east generally by Rural Sections 3609, 15590, and 15892, 3318·8 links and 3688·9 links respectively; again towards the north-east by Rural Section 15892, 4007·1 links; towards the south-east by a road-line 430·5 links; towards the south-west by a road-line, 6259·7 links; towards the north-west by Rural Section 17116, 3547 links, to the point of commencement: save and except therefrom Reserve 2828 and a public road along the north-west boundary of said reserve: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1254/18A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Recreation Reserves in Nelson Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the Nelson Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserves shall hereafter be known as the Hector Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE.
HECTOR DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District containing by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 34 perches, more or less, being Section 165, Town of Hector.
Also all that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being part of Section 79A, Town of Hector. Bounded towards the north-east by Greenfield Street, 204·2 links; towards the south-east by Pitt Street, 116·9 links; towards the south-west by a line parallel to the north-east boundary, 223·7 links; and towards the north-west by the road along the coast of Tasman Sea: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 5923/5, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Lands other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of July, 1927.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of six months the Order in Council dated the ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and gazetted the twelfth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, prohibiting all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto, other than alienation in favour of the Crown.
