A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every
other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Arapuni
scheme, Kerepeehi Substation site); and I do also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre.
Being part Section 12 of Block VII, Suburbs of Kerepeehi,
situated in Block VI, Waihou Survey District. (S.O. 24446.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68717,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.

section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the
road in Otahuhu Survey District described in the Schedule
hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 0 roods
9 perches. Adjoining or passing through Sections 135–142,
Prescott Settlement, and Part Allotment 17, Section 12,
Suburbs of Auckland.
Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District (Auckland

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Road in Maramarua, Drury, and Opaheke Survey Districts—viz., Portion of the Great South Road—Bombay Hills Deviation.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act,
1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise
enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson,
Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the
eighth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-five, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 2,
of the fifteenth day of the same month, taking land for the
purposes of a road in Drury, Opaheke, and Maramarua
Survey Districts—viz.: portion of the Great South Road—
Bombay Hills Deviation—as affects the land described in
the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for
the purpose for which it was taken.
