LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

A PPLICATION having been made to me to issue a provisional certificate of title in the name of CHARLES CLARK, of Matangi, Bricklayer, for Lot 16, D.P. 2045, being part Waiohiharore C 1b Block, containing twenty-five and six-tenths perches, and being all the land in certificate of title Vol. 59, folio 70, Gisborne Registry, and evidence having been furnished of the loss of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
