NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the provisions of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, that, unless sufficient cause to the contrary is shown within three months from the date hereof, the mining privileges mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Registers.

The sections may be purchased for cash; for cash by instalments; or on special deferred payments under the provisions of the Hutt Valley Lands Settlement Act, 1925, and the Land for Settlements Act, 1925.
