Land proclaimed as a Road in Block VII, Waitaha Survey District, Westland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Waitaha Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 37·4 perches.

Portion of Section 2409, Block VII, Waitaha Survey District.

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1452, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2223, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of June, 1927.

Abolishing the Te Awamutu–Putaruru Railway District, and dissolving the Board thereof.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section four of the Local Railways Amendment Act, 1926, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby abolish the Te Awamutu–Putaruru Railway District as constituted by a Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette dated the eighth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and do hereby declare the Te Awamutu–Putaruru Railway Board elected by the ratepayers of the said district to be dissolved as from the ninth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of June 1927.

Land taken for the Purposes of the Development of Water-power (Hastings Substation Site) in the Borough of Hastings.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the development of water-power, and shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay Electric-power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 3 perches, being Lot 1, part Subdivision E, Heretaunga Block.

Situated in the Borough of Hastings (Hawke’s Bay R.D.).

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69116 deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of June, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.
