4. WAITEMATA DISTRICT.

All that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Section 11s, Motutara Settlement, on the sea-coast, and proceeding thence north-easterly along a public road fronting Sections 11s, 8s, 5s, and 2s, Motutara Settlement, and running through Muriwai, Waikoukou, and Kahukuri Blocks to the Kumeu River, up that river to Section 48, Paremoremo Parish, and along the western and northern boundaries of that section and the northern boundary of Section 160 to a public road; thence easterly along that road fronting or passing through Sections 62H, 66H, 91, 90, 89, 61, 78, and 16 to the northern boundary of the last-named section; thence easterly along that boundary, across the Rangitopuni Stream, and along a road passing through or fronting Sections 208, 67, 237, 259, 251, 252, 253, 247, 246, 254, and 232 to the north-eastern corner of said Section 232; thence southerly along a right line to head of Paremoremo Inlet, and down the middle of that inlet, down the middle of the Waitemata River, and across the Waitemata Harbour to the mouth of Oakley Creek; thence along the western boundaries generally of the City of Auckland and the Borough of Mount Albert to a road fronting Allotment 87, Titirangi Parish; thence along that road, Richardson Road, East Road, New Windsor Road, and a road forming the north-western boundary of Allotment 72; thence along the north-western boundary of Allotment 74 to Green Bay; thence south-westerly along the northern shore of Manukau Harbour and north-westerly along the sea-coast to the point of commencement.

5. ALBANY DISTRICT.

All that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the mouth of Lucas Creek, and running up that creek to a public road running through Allotment 28, Paremoremo Parish; thence along that road running through or fronting Allotments 28, 76, 175, 176, 177, 319, and 198 to main Waiwera Road; south-easterly along said main road to the north-western boundary of Allotment 259, Takapuna Parish, and along the north-western boundaries of Allotments 259, 258, 265, 263, 262, and 260, all of said Takapuna Parish, to the sea; thence bounded on the east by the sea, on the south by the Waitemata Harbour, and on the west by Lucas Creek to the point of commencement.

6. TE KAUWHATA DISTRICT.

All that area lying within a three-mile radius of Te Kauwhata Railway-station.

7. THAMES DISTRICT.

All that area in the Auckland Land District bounded on the north-west by the Tararu Stream from its mouth to a point opposite the south-eastern corner of Section 4, Block I, Thames Survey District; on the north-east by a right line from said south-eastern corner to the southernmost corner of Taparahi No. 3 No. 2 Block; on the south-east by a right line to the mouth of the Kopu Creek; and on the south-west by the Waihoa River and the Firth of Thames.

8. GISBORNE DISTRICT.

All that area situated in the Gisborne Land District commencing at a point on the seashore at the mouth of the Hamanatua Stream, Block VIII, Turanganui Survey District, proceeding in a northerly and north-westerly direction by the centre of the aforesaid Hamanatua Stream to and across the Pouawa Road; thence by the southern boundary of Lot 3, Block IV, Turanganui Survey District, to the centre of the Kopakiraho Stream; thence down the centre of that stream and by the southern boundary of Lot 2 to and across the Waimata River to the right bank; thence northerly along the right bank of the said Waimata River to the southernmost corner of Section 21, Whataupoko No. 9 Block; thence in a north-westerly direction by the south-western boundaries of the aforesaid Section 21 and by the south-western boundaries of Sections 22, 26, 27, 32, 33, 11, 10, and 5, Whataupoko No. 9 (deposited plan No. 395), to the eastern boundary of Lot 6, Whataupoko No. 1 Block (deposited plan No. 2576), Block XV, Waimata Survey District; continuing in a north-westerly direction by the southern boundaries of the aforesaid Lot 6 and by Lot 7, and by the southern and western boundaries of Lot 8 (deposited plan 2576), by the south-eastern and southern boundary of Lot 1 (deposited plan 2674), Whataupoko No. 1, Block XIV, Waimata Survey District, to the south-eastern boundary of Lot 2, Whataupoko No. 8; thence in a north-easterly and north-westerly direction by the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of the aforesaid Whataupoko No. 8 Block to the south-eastern boundary of Waihirere Block; thence in a south-westerly, north-westerly, northerly, and north-easterly direction by the aforesaid Waihirere Block and by Waihirere Nos. 3, 2, 4, and again by No. 2, to the southern boundary of Ngakoroa C 1B Block; thence in a north-westerly direction by the south-western boundaries of Ngakoroa C 1B, C 1A, A 2, A 1, and No. 2, to and across to the right bank of the Waipaoa River; thence in a southerly direction along the right bank of the said Waipaoa River to the mouth of the Pouarua Stream; thence westerly up the centre of that stream to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Repongaere No. 4B Block; thence in a south-easterly direction by the north-eastern boundary of the aforesaid Repongaere 4B Block to a public road; thence in a southerly direction along the western side of the said road and by the south-eastern boundary of Repongaere 4H 1 Block to the centre of a public road; thence along the centre of that road till it intersects the south-western boundary of Section 6s, Repongaere Settlement; thence in a south-easterly direction by that boundary to the north-east corner of Lot 1 of Repongaere A Block (deposited plan 1845); thence in a south-westerly direction generally by the north-western boundary of the said Lot 1 and by the north-western boundaries of Lots 28 and 29 (deposited plan 2940) to the centre of the Whakaahu Stream; thence westerly up the centre of that stream to the mouth of the Te Aroha Stream; thence in a southerly direction up the centre of that stream to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of the Rakaukaka Block; thence in a south-easterly direction by the north-eastern boundary of that block to the northern boundary of Whatatuna 9A Block; thence westerly by the northern boundaries of Whatatuna 9A and 9C 2A; thence in a southerly direction by the western boundaries of Whatatuna 9C 2A, 9C 2B, 9C 1, 9B 2, 3C 1, 3B, 3A, and 2A; thence again by 3A to and across a public road, along the centre of a road on the western boundary of Tarewa No. 2 to the northern boundary of Whakatere Block, by the northern and western boundaries of that block to the centre of the Te Arai River; thence easterly down the centre of that river to a point in line with the western boundary of Section 4, Block V, Turanganui Survey District (Te Arai Settlement); thence in a southerly direction generally by the western boundaries of the aforesaid Section 4 and Sections 7, 23, and 26, Block V, Turanganui Survey District, to the centre of Taurau Road; thence in a north-easterly direction along the centre of that road to its intersection with the Pakowhai Road; thence in a south-easterly and southerly direction generally along the centre of that road to its intersection with the Muriwai-Wharerata Main Road; thence in a south-westerly direction along the centre of that road to its intersection with a public road at the south-west corner of Lot 12, Maraetaha No. 2 (deposited plan No. 1182), Block XIII, Turanganui Survey District; thence in a north-easterly direction along the centre of a public road to Section 1, Te Kuri (right-of-way), and by the centre of that right-of-way to the seashore of Poverty Bay; thence in a northerly, north-easterly, south-easterly, and again north-easterly direction along the seashore to the point of commencement, and to include Tuamotu Island.

9. HAWKE’S BAY DISTRICT.

All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District bounded as follows: By a line commencing at a point at the northernmost mouth of the Esk River, and running west along the southern bank of that river to its intersection with the Eskdale-Rissington Road; thence generally in a southerly direction along the eastern boundary of that road to its junction with the Wharerangi-Puketapu Road, and thence along the Puketapu Road to its junction with the Moteo-Fernhill Road; thence along that road, crossing the Tutae-kuri River, and continuing in a southerly direction along the aforesaid Moteo-Fernhill Road to its junction with the Heretaunga Road; thence along the eastern boundary of the Maraekakaho-Napier Road to its junction with a public road on the north-eastern boundary of Te Awa-o-te-Atua No. 1 Native Block; thence south-east along that road, crossing the Hastings-Maraekakaho Road, and along the Pakipaki Bridge Pa Road to its junction with the Pakipaki-Stortford Lodge Road; across that road, and along its eastern boundary to its junction with the Te Aute Road; thence north-east along the Te Aute Road for about nineteen chains to a point in line with a public road running south-east through Kakiraawa No. 2N Native Block; thence across the aforesaid Te Aute Road, and south-east along the aforesaid public road to its junction with a road in the Te Wharau Block, and continuing thence in a north-easterly direction along that road to the left bank of the Tukituki River; thence in a general northerly direction along the left bank of the said Tukituki River to a point in line with the southern boundary of Clive Suburban Sections; thence across the said Tukituki River by a right line to the southern boundary of the aforesaid Clive Suburban Sections, continuing north-east along the southern boundaries of Clive Suburban Sections Nos. 289, 269, 268, 267, 254, 253,
