IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in
the City of Wellington described in the First Schedule hereto ;
and also do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in
the Second Schedule hereto.
