THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
[No. 20
August, 1914, has prescribed that in the case of claimants resident in New Zealand all such claims must be lodged with him at 2 Cavendish Square, London W. 1, before the expiration of five months from the date of the publication of the notice, i.e., prior to 15th July, 1927.
All claimants who have claims of this nature should forward five copies of their claims to the undersigned for transmission to the Arbitrator. The necessary forms may be obtained upon application. The claims should be lodged by the claimants themselves, or by their solicitors or other duly authorized agents acting for them on their behalf.

Fog-signal: Date of commencing Operations deferred.
Previous notice.—No. 16 of 1927.
Position: About half a cable south-westward of the lighthouse. Lat. 41° 22′ S., long. 174° 52′ E. (approx.).
Details: The diaphone fog-signal, which was duly advertised to commence operations on or about 1st April, 1927, will not commence operations until about 15th April, 1927.
NOTE.—Further notice of the precise date of commencing operations, and regarding location, characteristics, &c., of the fog-signal will be given.

Election of Member of Otago Land Board.
NOTICE is hereby given that George Livingstone, of Oamaru, has been duly nominated for election as a member of the Land Board of the Otago Land District; and as no other person has been nominated up to the time fixed for receiving such nominations, I hereby declare the said George Livingstone to be duly elected a member of the said Board for the term of two years commencing from the 27th day of April, 1927.
