DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership hitherto carried on between DOUGLAS JOHN DRUMMOND and ARGYLE DRUMMOND, at Wanganui, as Ironmongers, under the style of “Drummond and Sons” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 1st day of January, 1927. The business will in future be carried on by ARGYLE DRUMMOND under the old style of “Drummond and Sons,” and he will receive all accounts due to and discharge all debts owing by the partnership.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a general meeting of shareholders of the above company, held on the 14th January, 1927, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:—

“That, it having been proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, it is advisable to wind up the same, and that LEONARD KNIGHT, Public Accountant, of 408 New Zealand Insurance Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, be appointed Liquidator.

NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above-named company are required on or before the 31st day of January, 1927, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the name and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the undersigned, and, if so required, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified by notice, or, in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such claim or debts are proved.
