Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block VIII,
Drury Survey District, Franklin County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles
Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Drury
Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and
also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
3 roods 14 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 151, Suburban Section 2, Opaheke
Parish ; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 3 roods
14 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotments 150 and 151,
Suburban Section 2, Opaheke Parish ; coloured green.
All situated in Block VIII, Drury Survey District (Auck-
land R.D.). (S.O. 21319.)
All in the North Auckland Land District ; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67798,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of
January, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the
land described in the First Schedule hereto ; and also do
hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto.

Block VII, Tokatoka Survey District ; coloured green.
All in the North Auckland Land District ; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S.
16/1252, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands
and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2198, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of

section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion
of road in Mimi Survey District described in the Schedule
hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 3 acres 1 rood
1·7 perches.
Bounded on all sides by Okau Road. Situated in Block
VIII, Mimi Survey District (Taranaki R.D.).
In the Taranaki Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67439,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of
January, 1927.

Amending the Apportionment of Representation on the Otago
Electric-power Board, and fixing the Date of the First
Election of the Representative of the Lawrence Borough and
Portion of Tuapeka County on the said Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 17th day
of January, 1927.

THE HONOURABLE W. DOWNIE STEWART PRESIDING IN
COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the Order in Council
determining the number of representatives of each constituent
district on the Board of the Otago Electric-power District,
dated the seventh day of November, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-three, and published in the New Zealand
Gazette No. 80 of the fifteenth day of November, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty-three, by adding the Lawrence
Borough and portion of the Tuapeka County as a combined
district to the constituent districts, and determining that
Lawrence Borough shall be the principal local authority of
the said combined district, and such combined district shall
have one representative ; and doth hereby fix the fifteenth
day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-
seven, as the date for the first election of the representative
of the said combined district.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in him by section three of the Main Highways
Act, 1922, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him
in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby alter the Order in Council dated the ninth day
