NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named Robert Bryce and Company Proprietary, Limited, which has already commenced business at Wellington, in New Zealand, intends to extend its business operations to Auckland, in New Zealand, and that the situation and locality of its office or place of business at Auckland is No. 223 Queen Street, Auckland, aforesaid.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of shareholders of W. S. Langdale and Co., Limited, held at the office of the company at Auckland on the 20th day of July, 1925, the following entry in the minute-book of the company was made and signed by all the members of the company:—

“ That, for the purpose of the formation of a new company under the name of “W. S. Langdale and Co. (Auckland), Limited,” the company be wound up voluntarily, and that WILFRED SELWYN LANGDALE, of Auckland, Company Director, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up, and that the said Liquidator be and he is hereby authorized to accept shares in the new company in part satisfaction of the purchase-money to be paid to the company by the new company.”
