Waitapu Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every
other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby set apart for courthouse purposes, and I also
hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the twenty-first day of March, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area: 36 perches.
Being part Section 18, Takaka District, Block X, Waitapu
Survey District. (S.O. 92/29.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68326,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of
February, 1927.

section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the
land in Takahue Survey District described in the First
Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land
Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land
has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under
the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-
General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become
Crown land :
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in
the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf
of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act,
1909, and its amendments :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and
authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the
Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, General Sir Charles
Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the Native land set
out in the Schedule hereto has become Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
KAIMANAWA 1E 2A Block, Waitahanui and Maruanui Survey
Districts: Approximate area, 1,555 acres 2 roods.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of
February, 1927.
