WEBER COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Weber County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of five thousand pounds (£5,000) authorized to be raised by the Weber County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing money for the erection of bridges within the County of Weber and under the jurisdiction of Weber County Council, the said Weber County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one halfpenny (½d.) in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the whole of the County of Weber and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of March in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half (36½) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
