of Auckland, to occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Land
below Low-water Mark in the Whangaruru Harbour for the

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 13th day
of December, 1926.

COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the fourteenth
day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-
six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 41 of the
seventeenth day of the same month, J. J. Craig (Limited),
of Auckland (hereinafter called “the company”), was licensed
to occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water
mark in the Whangaruru Harbour for the purpose of dredging
and taking away the shingle and sand deposited thereon :
And whereas it is desirable to revoke the hereinbefore-
recited Order in Council of the fourteenth day of June, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty-six:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the
power and authority vested in him by the Harbours Act,
1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him
in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the
fourteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-six, as from the fourteenth day of June, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty-six.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

THE HONOURABLE W. DOWNIE STEWART PRESIDING IN
COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him
by the Census and Statistics Act, 1910, and by the Dairy-
produce Export Control Act, 1923, and in pursuance and
exercise of every other power enabling him in this behalf, His
Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make
the regulations hereinafter set forth, and declare that the said
regulations shall take effect on the day of the publication
thereof in the Gazette.
REGULATIONS.
- To enable the Statistician to compile statistics of dairy-
produce according to districts of production and to give the
certificate required under subsection (2) of section 7 of the
Dairy-produce Export Control Amendment Act, 1926, the
Statistician shall, in addition to the matters specified in para-
graphs (a) to (j) of section 21 of the Census and Statistics Act,
