ERRATA.—In the Proclamation dated the 28th day of January, 1926, and published in Gazette No. 6, page 286, of the 4th February, 1926, taking land for the development of water-power (Arapuni scheme) in Block IX, Opaheke Survey District, for the date on which the Proclamation is to take effect read “twentieth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six,” in lieu of “twentieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.”

In the Proclamation dated 6th January, 1926, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 4, of 21st January, 1926, page 127, taking additional land at Otahuhu for purposes of Kaipara—Waikato Railway, for area “1 acre 2 roods 4 perches” in Schedule read “1 acre 2 roods 0·4 perches”; also for “1925” in date of Proclamation read “1926.”

In the resolution and the Schedule to the Order in Council dated the 12th day of January, 1926, and published in Gazette No. 4, of the 21st January, 1926, page 144, exempting the eastern side of portion of The Strand, in the Town of Russell, Bay of Islands County, from the provisions of section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, read “Allotments 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 18746,” in lieu of “Allotments 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 1874.”

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Auckland-Westfield Deviation of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway to take further land near Sylvia Park, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway :

Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the piece of land: 4 acres 3 roods 14·8 perches.

Part of Lot 15 of Allotment 9, Hamlin’s Grant, Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, Mount Wellington Road District. (S.O. 23613, blue).

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 37138, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of February, 1926.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Avondale Mental Hospital; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.
