Mining Privilege to be struck off the Register.—Notice under the Mining Act, 1926.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, that unless sufficient cause be shown to the contrary within three months from the date hereof the mining privilege mentioned in the Schedule hereunder will be struck off the register.

NUMBER of privilege : 7/06. Nature of privilege: Sawmill License. Date of License: 10th April, 1906. Locality: Pakawau. Registered holder: Official Assignee, in estate of Garden Boyd Watson, a bankrupt.
Election of Member of Marlborough Land Board.
PURSUANT to section 47 of the Land Act, 1924, and regulations made thereunder, notice is hereby given that James Fulton, of Blenheim, has been duly nominated for election as a member of the Land Board of the Marlborough Land District; and as no other person has been nominated up to the time fixed for receiving such nominations, I hereby declare the said
James Fulton
to be duly elected a member of the said Board for the term of two years, commencing from the 17th December, 1926.
