Now, therefore, I, George James Anderson, Minister of Marine, in pursuance and exercise of the power conferred upon me by section 189 of the Shipping and Seamen Act, 1908, do hereby amend the aforesaid Warrant of the 2nd day of February, 1926, by making the following addition thereto :—

Between Cape Runaway on the north and the north end of Portland Island on the south.
