to be Assistant Land Registrar at Wellington, pursuant to
the provisions of section 4 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, as

to be an Inspector of Coal-mines for the purposes of the Coal-
mines Act, 1925, for the Nelson, Marlborough, and West
