Land set apart as an Addition to a Public Domain.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I,
General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in
the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto,
being land adjacent to that portion of the Scotsburn Domain
described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to
be added to the said Scotsburn Domain.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing
by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 1.5 perches, more or less,
being Reserve 4161, situated in Block IV, Orari Survey Dis-
trict, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-east by
the Peel Forest Road, 859.6 links; towards the south and west
by a public road, 271 and 823 links respectively; and again
towards the north by a public road, 59.6 links. As the same
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S.
1/267, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by
admeasurement 5 acres 1 rood 28 perches, more or less, being
part of Reserve 1803, situated in Block IV, Orari Survey
District, and bounded as follows: On the north by a public
road, 450 links; on the east by Section 29008, 1350.5 links;
on the south-west by a public road, 536.1 links; and on the
west by other part of Reserve 1803, 1060.1 links.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of
November, 1926.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority con-
ferred upon me by section three of the Deteriorated
Lands Act, 1925, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto to be subject to the provisions of the Deteriorated
Lands Act, 1925.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 24, Block V, Nukumaru Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of
November, 1926.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power
(Arapuni scheme); and I do also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of
December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.
