Land proclaimed as a Road, Road closed, and Land taken, in Blocks XIV, Ngautuku, and XIV, Horohoro Survey Districts, Rotorua County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Ngautuku and Horohoro Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and do also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.
