Appointing an Engineer to inspect Motor-omnibuses.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Motor-omnibus Traffic Act, 1926, I, Kenneth Stuart Williams, Minister of Public Works, do hereby appoint

John Reuben Marks, Esquire,

of Dunedin, Civil Engineer, to be an Inspecting Engineer to inspect motor-omnibuses for the purposes of the said Act. Dated at Wellington, this 24th day of September, 1926.
