RESOLVED, That the report of the Lands Committee on the proposal contained in paper 134 to reserve permanently Allotments 105, 106, and 107, Hoteo Parish, North Auckland Land District, as endowments for primary education, be agreed to.

THE Otago Harbour Board notify that recent soundings show the bank at the entrance to have extended in a direction 347° to a distance of 1·15 miles from Taiaroa Head Lighthouse.
