SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Marlborough Land District, Awatere County, known as Marfell’s Beach Road, adjoining parts Sections 20 and 54, Block III, Cape Campbell Survey District. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65677, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured brown, outlined green.

Prescribing Dues and Rates to be charged and taken by the Picton Borough Council for the Use of the Wharves at Picton under the Control of the Council.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of October, 1926.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section forty-six of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prescribe that the dues and rates specified in the Schedule hereto shall be charged and taken by the Picton Borough Council for the use of the wharves in Picton Harbour, which are by the said section forty-six vested in the said Borough Council.

The Eastern Side of Portion of the Hutt – Day’s Bay Road, in the County of Hutt, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of October, 1926.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Hutt County Council on the tenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, in so far as it affects the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto:—

“The Hutt County Council, having control of that portion of the Hutt – Day’s Bay Road, adjoining the Town of York Bay Extension No. 1, being part Sections 26 and 28, Harbour Registration District, Block 16, Belmont Survey District, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the said portion of the Hutt–Day’s Bay Road ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of the Hutt – Day’s Bay Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.

THE eastern side of all that portion of the Hutt – Day’s Bay Road situated in the Wellington Land District, County of Hutt, fronting part Section 28, Harbour Registration District, Block XVI, Belmont Survey District; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 66742, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Portions of Teignmouth and Exemouth Streets, in the Borough of Green Island, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of October, 1926.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Green Island Borough Council on the fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, viz.:—

“That the Green Island Borough Council declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the portions of Teignmouth Street, Township of Abbotshill, and Exemouth Street, Townships of Abbotshill and Abbotsford respectively, situate within the Borough of Green Island described in the Schedule hereto.

“SCHEDULE.

“First: That portion of Teignmouth Street, situated in the Township of Abbotshill, adjoining Allotments 30, 31, 32, and 33 and Allotments 45, 46, 47, and 48 of the said Township; and

“Second: That portion of Exemouth Street, situated in the Township of Abbotshill, adjoining Allotments 31 and 32 of the said township, and also that portion of Exemouth Street, situated in the Township of Abbotsford, adjoining part of Allotments 9 and 20, Block I, of the said township; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan attached hereto and therein edged red ”;

such portions of streets being described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, Borough of Green Island, known as Teignmouth Street, fronting Allotments 30, 31, 32, 33, 45, 46, 47, and 48, Township of Abbotshill.

Also all that portion of street in the said land district and borough known as Exemouth Street, fronting Allotments 31 and 32, Township of Abbotshill, and part Allotments 9 and 20, Block I, Township of Abbotsford.

As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 66159, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.
