IN LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that on the 12th day of May,
1926, the WANGANUI BREWERY COMPANY (LIMITED), a
company duly registered as a private company and having
its registered office at Wanganui, passed a special resolution
that the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and that for the purposes of such winding-up HOPEFUL GIBBONS, of Wanganui, Merchant,
was appointed Liquidator.

NOTICE is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of the above company will be held at the office of the Liquidator, No. 219 Victoria Arcade, Queen Street, Auckland, on Wednesday, the 27th day of October,
1926, at the hour of three o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of laying before such meeting the Liquidator's account showing his acts and dealings, and the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and its assets disposed of.

(1.) A list of members of the New Zealand Expeditionary Forces killed in action, died of wounds inflicted, or accidents occurring, or disease contracted while on active service.
(2.) Those who died after discharge from the New Zealand Expeditionary Force from wounds inflicted or disease contracted while on active service.
(3.) Those who died from accident occurring or disease contracted while training with or attached to the New Zealand Expeditionary Forces in New Zealand.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.- The subscription is at the rate of Β£4 per annum, including postage, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for. Single copies of the Gazette as follows:-
Ordinary Weekly Gazette : For the first 32 pages, 9d. increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof; postage, ld.
Supplementary and Extraordinary Gazettes: For the first 8 pages, 6d.: over 8 pages and not exceeding 32 pages, 9d.; increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof; postage, ld.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertion.
Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged 23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 3 o'clock of the day preceding publication.
