Extending Time for closing a Poll, Huntly Town District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of September, 1926.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Local Elections and Polls Act, 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby extend the hour at which a poll to be held and taken in the Huntly Town District on the fifteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, shall close to seven oβclock in the afternoon of the day appointed.

Allocating Cost of certain Proceedings under Section 132 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, Borough of South Invercargill.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of September, 1926.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance of the powers vested in him by section one hundred and thirty-two of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that the South Invercargill Borough Council and the Southland County Council shall defray in equal proportions all the costs of the Commission appointed under the said Act by Warrants under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General dated the twentieth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and the seventeenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, to hold an inquiry and make a report on the proposal to exclude an area from the Borough of South Invercargill and include such area in the County of Southland.
