At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of August, 1926.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared to be a Government road : 1 acre 2 roods 20 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 22, situated in Block IX, Wakamarina Survey District.
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 66567, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Charles Dunstan,
Andrew Gordon Orr Johnston,
Raymond Oakley,
George Leonard Sandrey,
Alfred Ernest White, and
Edgar Charles Darfield Withell,

Opossum Regulations Amendment No. 1.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following amending regulations by way of amendment to the Opossum Regulations, 1926 (hereinafter called the “principal regulations”).
REGULATIONS.

THESE regulations may be cited as the Opossum Regulations Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and form part of the Opossum Regulations, 1926.

On payment of any royalty by a licensed broker there shall be allowed to such broker a commission of 5 per centum.
-
Such commission shall be payable when such broker shall have forwarded the monthly return referred to in clause (2) of Regulation 7 of the principal regulations, and shall be allowed in respect of all royalties paid by such broker the particulars of payment of which shall at the time of payment of the commission have been forwarded to the Under-Secretary as provided by clause (13) of Regulation 8 of the principal regulations.
