IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by sec-
tion twelve of the Land Act, 1924, 1, General Sir Charles
Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Newcastle
Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto ; and
also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the
land in Otahuhu Survey District described in the Schedule
hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a
road : 1 rood 3 perches.
Being road reserve, being part of Fairburn's Grant, No. 269A
on D.P. 17329, Manurewa Parish, situated in Block VI,
Otahuhu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23727).
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 66910,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion this 31st day of August,

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Go-
vernor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the twentieth day of September, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 12 acres 0 roods
23*4 perches.
Being portion of Rangitoto-Tuhua 35E No. 1, situated in
Block XIV, Mangaorongo Survey District (Auckland R.D.).

Works in Block VI, Huiroa Survey District, Inglewood
County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every
other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the purposes of the construction of electric
works, and shall vest in the Taranaki Electric-power Board as
from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
twentieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-six.
