Loan of £2,000.

That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Franklin County Council, Creamery Road (Waiau Pa) Special-rating Area Loan of £2,000 authorized to be raised by the Franklin County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of forming and metalling Creamery Road, Waiau Pa, from Waiau Pa Post-office to Robert Clark senior’s gate, the said Franklin County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of fifteen-sixteenths (15/16ths) of a penny in the pound sterling upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Creamery Road (Waiau Pa) Special-rating Area, being part of Mauku Riding of the County of Franklin, being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
