Land in Auckland Land District proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, by Proclamation approved in Executive Council, declare that any national-endowment land disposed of under the Land Act, 1924, or the Land Act, 1908, and held under lease or license by any person who is competent to acquire land under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, shall cease to be national-endowment land :
And whereas it is deemed expedient that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, which is so held on renewable lease under the Land Act, 1924, should cease to be national-endowment land :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities so conferred upon me by the aforesaid section, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date of the gazetting hereof the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was set apart as national-endowment land under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, shall cease to be national-endowment land.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 10, Block VI, Rangiriri Survey District: Area, 232 acres 3 roods.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of August, 1926.

Land in Nelson Land District declared to be subject to Section 133 of the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Land Board of the Nelson Land District has recommended that the Crown tenant of the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto should be afforded relief, owing to exceptional circumstances over which he has no control preventing the profitable occupation of such land :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section one hundred and thirty-four of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto to be subject to the provisions of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Land Act, 1924; and I do further fix four years from the date mentioned in the said Schedule as the period for which the said land shall be exempt from payment of rent.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 6, Block XIII, Tutaki Survey District. 1st July, 1926.

Crown Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 9 acres 3 roods 10 perches, more or less, being Allotment 314, Parish of Waiwera, Rodney County. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 26/27130, deposited in Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers under Special Tenure in the Marlborough Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and published in the Gazette of the eighth day of February, then instant, setting apart settlement land for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

Marlborough County.—Avon Survey District.—Erina Settlement.
SECTION 19s (formerly part of Section 2A s): Area, 492 acres 3 roods 20 perches.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Hawke’s Bay as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.
