In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the N.Z. ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE AND ENGINEERING COMPANY (LIMITED), having its registered office situated in Invercargill.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at the registered office of the company situated in Esk Street, Invercargill, on the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, the following resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company also duly convened and held at the same place on the twelfth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, the same resolution was duly confirmed as a special resolution, viz.: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily.” And at such last-mentioned meeting Mr. JOHN BERTRAM REID, of Invercargill, Public Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above-named company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required on or before the 28th day of February, 1926, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the undersigned, JOHN BERTRAM REID, the Liquidator of the Company; and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or, in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
